High performance, mid-size positive displacement triplex plunger pump. Brass manifold, 304SS stacked valve assemblies, concentric solid ceramic plungers and Buna-N seals and O-rings. Special Liquid Gasket between crankcase and manifold provides extra protection to seal out moisture.

Step up from the reliable 1540 pump to the CAT Pumps 1540E car wash pump for greater resistance from moisture in wet car wash pump installation, thanks to modernized components including durable blue 2 mil epoxy paint treatment on the crankcase, rear cover and bearing covers and a special Liquid Gasket between the crankcase and manifold. Forged brass manifold and 304SS valve assemblies, along with solid ceramic plungers and standard Buna-N seals, provide durability and reliability. The 1540E is the pump of choice in automatic car wash systems, multi-gun and multi-nozzle cleaning, multi-drop high pressure cleaning systems, portable wet blasting and more!
