CryptoPay makes it easy for customers to pay at your car wash or laundromat using credit cards, debit cards, or mobile payments. Plus, it saves them and you money thanks to the innovative CryptoPay Consolidation feature that reduces credit card fees by combining multiple transactions into one when the customer pays with the same card for multiple transactions at your wash or laundromat. CryptoPay devices are extremely secure and PCI compliant. They are backed by MagTek's MagneSafe Security Architecture, which means customer data is encrypted with every tap or swipe.

Setting up CryptoPay is easy; only three main components are required: the CryptoPay Coordinator, your choice of Swipers or Tap Units, and a MyCryptoPay Account. You will also need a reliable internet service provider and a WIFI router.

What is CryptoPay Consolidation?

CryptoPay Consolidation combines multiple transactions into one, saving you and the customer from excessive credit card processing and transaction fees. When the customer pays with a credit card in your self-serve bay, the data is encrypted, tokenized, and held for 2 hours before the charges are finalized. This allows the customer to pay with the same credit card to use a vacuum or purchase items from a vending machine during the same visit without being charged for each transaction. Transactions will be consolidated, and the customer will receive one charge on their credit card statement for the visit. For example, if the customer spent $10 in a self-serve bay, $5 using the vacuum, and another $5 purchasing items from a vending machine, they will receive one charge for $20 plus any taxes and fees that apply.
