The ICM delay on make timer ICM103 is used for compressor staging and stagger starting multiple motors and other equipment. It helps to reduce power surges that can damage your equipment. When power is applied to the input, the time delay begins. After the time delay is complete, the load energizes. It is compatible with 18/230 VAC electrical currents.
