Question:I’m having trouble with my Focus continuously squirting water making it difficult to clean leather seats without creating a puddle. When I initially pull the trigger after letting it heat up, it squirts just water, then it kind of spurts a water/steam mix, following by a couple seconds of solid steam, and then more water/steam mix.

Response:Hello, this issue could be caused by a few things. Below is a link to MYTEE’s troubleshooting guides. You can start with resetting the high limit control. The instructions are found in the troubleshooting guide under the Focus™ Vapor Steamer (1600) section.

Response:According to the manual the pump is 55 PSI, this is mainly a steamer
