General Pump Emperor Line pumps are engineered to perform at temperatures up to 185 degrees F. Component materials such as "high tech" packing, "high temp" valve design, nickel-plated manifolds and valve plugs are chosen for corrosion resistance and cavitation damage reduction. Due to the construction of the Emperor Line pumps, they are able to run dry for hours. The best triplex plunger pump choice for carpet cleaning and other hot water applications.
