The Telemecanique OsiSense XS cylindrical M30 inductive proximity sensor is designed for general purpose applications. This sensor has a fixed body and PPS enclosure with a 15 mm (0.59") nominal sensing distance. It has an IP68 rating and offers a discrete output signal.

XS inductive proximity sensors are for non contact sensing of metal objects up to 60 mm. Applications include: use on assembly machines, robotics, machining tools, packaging operations, conveyors, food and beverage production, and more!
