Kleen-Scent water based fragrances are normally used in warmer climates as well as colder locations during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. They are not recommended in colder climates subject to freezing temperatures on a frequent basis. Oil-based fragrances are not susceptible to freezing, but water-based fragrances are less expensive for your wash.
