Dema Engineering Normally Open Solenoid Valves are generally used for water control up to 125 PSI. Usually used in Car Wash Weep Systems. Temperature ratings designed for 180º Fluid/120º Ambient. A normally open solenoid valve will close when a current goes to the coil.

When energized the solenoid plunger is pushed from the top plug by the kick off spring closing the pilot port. Fluid passes through the diaphragm bleed hole until pressure is equalized on both sides of the diaphragm to shut off the port.
